Our Vision
At Emma’s Place, we dream big — because our children deserve nothing less.
We believe in a world where every child is seen, heard, and valued for who they are — not who they’re expected to be.
We envision a future where neurodivergent children and their families have a place to thrive, not just fit in. Our long-term goal is to build a full-scale recreation and resource center designed specifically for neurodivergent needs — a vibrant, welcoming space built with love, care, and deep understanding.
This center will be a sanctuary where:
• Sensory-friendly play and learning are the norm
• Quiet spaces offer comfort and regulation
• Creative expression through art, music, and movement is encouraged
• Families find connection, support, and resources
• Inclusion and understanding guide every program, design choice, and interaction
Emma’s Place isn’t just a nonprofit. It’s a promise! And we’re just getting started
About Emma’s Place
Emma’s Place is a nurturing community space for children with autism and developmental differences. Inspired by Emma, a little girl as rare and as beautiful as an orchid.
We’re here to create gentle, joyful, sensory-friendly experiences where every child can feel safe, accepted, and celebrated. Whether it’s a calm Trunk-or-Treat, a sensory play day, or a warm hello, Emma’s Place is built on love, understanding, and inclusion.
We believe in:
Meeting children where they are
Creating spaces that honor neurodiversity
Bringing families together in support and joy
This is just the beginning. Welcome to Emma’s Place!
Emma’s Place is a nonprofit based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, inspired by a very special little girl named Emma — a bright, curious, beautifully neurodivergent child who experiences the world in her own extraordinary way.
Founded by Emma’s mom, Gina Mobilian, Emma’s Place was born from one simple truth: every child deserves to feel safe, celebrated, and included. For many families raising neurodivergent children, typical events and spaces can feel overwhelming, isolating, or simply not built with their needs in mind. We’re here to change that.
Emma’s Place creates inclusive, sensory-friendly community events where neurodivergent children and their families can find joy, connection, and support. From Trunk or Treats and Fall Festivals to Santa Meet & Greets and more, every experience is designed to be gentle, accessible, and full of heart.
This is a space where no one has to apologize for stimming, meltdowns, or needing a little extra time. Here, we meet every child where they are — and celebrate who they are.
